There are a lot of Samoan people in Auckland that know how to speak their Samoan language. Yesterday we had a special assembly just for Samoan Language. We practiced some words like “ Taofi mau i au measina”. Which means hold fast to your treasures. This is the 2014 theme for Samoan Language week. Did you know that Samoan language is the 2nd most spoken language in Auckland.
